Complaint Details

I purchased a monitor from Cloud-Logic Ltd. on January 29, 2025 for $860. After only received a damaged replacement item, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Alexanne H. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Cloud-Logic Ltd. is refusing to replace or repair it. I am requesting that Cloud-Logic Ltd. provide the documentation I requested as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, Cloud-Logic Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the subscription box. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
