The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0612-CEZ-0293) and spent hours on calls with Henry S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that Cloud-Logic Ltd. deliver the missing items as soon as possible.
