I had an appointment at The Life Hospital Foundation on March 23, 2025 for telehealth. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was denied a refund. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Henderson L., but have received no satisfactory response. I am requesting that The Life Hospital Foundation offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
