I purchased a package from Practice & Group on January 22, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nickolas K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Practice & Group will address this issue by reimburse me for additional expenses.

I want to acknowledge that Practice & Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $132.93 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $132.93 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
