I purchased a item from Mind Education Skills on March 5, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received the wrong item. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dorris T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Mind Education Skills to honor the advertised price.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The winter coat from Mind Education Skills not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
