Defective smart TV from WaveVirtual
Complaint Details
I purchased a smart TV from WaveVirtual on April 11, 2025 for $467.94. After only doesn't work as advertised, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Davon E. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, WaveVirtual is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope WaveVirtual will address this issue by provide the documentation I requested.
