Overcharging at Healthy & Fare restaurant

I ordered delivery from Healthy & Fare on April 30, 2025 (order #ORD-3101-ECF-0806) totaling $264.95. The food arrived has a manufacturing defect and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Nola S. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I expect Healthy & Fare to take responsibility and replace the defective product.
