Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Study Thinkers for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-9401-ZNF-9927) on April 21, 2025, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Study Thinkers will address this issue by reimburse me for additional expenses.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $112.32 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
