Study Thinkers failed to honor their commitment

On April 13, 2025, I signed up for Study Thinkers's premium support at their East Patrickmouth, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $630.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Obie S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Study Thinkers to correct my personal information.
