Misleading advertising by Study Thinkers
Complaint Details
On April 21, 2025, I signed up for Study Thinkers's maintenance plan at their Orloshire, California location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $669.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, May D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Study Thinkers to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience.

May 18, 2025 05:46I want to acknowledge that Study Thinkers has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $239.62 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $239.62 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
