I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Advisory & Counsel. After paying $302.12 for accessory, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Ines H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Advisory & Counsel to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

I'm updating my complaint because Advisory & Counsel finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the grocery order, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
