I had an appointment at Vital Clinic Partners Group on April 21, 2025 for diagnostic testing. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and received a damaged replacement item. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Ludie K., but have received no satisfactory response. I expect Vital Clinic Partners Group to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.

Apr 29, 2025 05:18I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Vital Clinic Partners Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
