On December 5, 2024, I purchased clothing item from Spot & Place Inc.'s New Jabaristad, Iowa store for $240.79. The item was advertised as online ordering, but when I got home, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Spot & Place Inc. to make this right by fix the security vulnerability.
