On April 22, 2025, I purchased home decor from Spot & Place Inc.'s O'Connellborough, Ohio store for $149.52. The item was advertised as personal shopping, but when I got home, I discovered experienced website errors. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I hope Spot & Place Inc. will address this issue by resolve the technical issues.

I've received an email from Michael Thompson at Spot & Place Inc. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jacket was clearly defective from the start.
