I ordered electronic device from Spot & Place Inc.'s website on March 24, 2025 (order #ORD-8051-VSO-4461). When the package arrived, discovered data privacy issues. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Silas S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope Spot & Place Inc. will address this issue by honor the advertised price.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Spot & Place Inc. has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their upgrade plan.
