I ordered item (order #ORD-3638-JFJ-8513) on April 1, 2025, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Strategic Practice Team Curitiba International will address this issue by correct my personal information.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Strategic Practice Team Curitiba International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their training session.
