I want to report a serious concern with ExcelSkills's equipment that I purchased on May 15, 2025 from your Stephenport, Maryland store. The product has failed to receive confirmation despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jordan L., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that ExcelSkills compensate me for the inconvenience as soon as possible.
