I am writing regarding order #ORD-8217-ANL-3894 placed with Practice & Services Corp. on February 3, 2025. I paid $265.21 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elsa K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Practice & Services Corp. to resolve the technical issues.
