Misleading advertising by Prime Space Hamamatsu
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Prime Space Hamamatsu's service plan that I purchased on January 11, 2025 from your Dangelofurt, Alabama store. The product has received a damaged replacement item despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Demarco L., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Prime Space Hamamatsu improve their customer service training as soon as possible.
