I placed an order with Urban Outlet Express Corp. on March 29, 2025 for several items including jewelry (order #ORD-7932-QGR-7588). The order was charged to my account ($816.18), but found foreign objects in the product. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Jocelyn R., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am asking Urban Outlet Express Corp. to make this right by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
