Poor customer service experience with StudyTraining

I purchased a service plan from StudyTraining on January 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rebekah B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope StudyTraining will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.

May 04, 2025 05:32Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $372.77 refund only covers part of what I paid for the professional setup, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
