I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Life Institute Enterprises's pharmacy. On May 22, 2025, I received therapeutic device with instructions that doesn't work as advertised. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Pearline W. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Life Institute Enterprises to make this right by extend my warranty period.
