I received treatment at Life Institute Enterprises's North Tiffany, Indiana facility on April 25, 2025. I was billed $473.76 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Alejandrin S. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am asking Life Institute Enterprises to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.
