I am writing regarding order #ORD-2855-BMM-8541 placed with Elite Excellence Academy Holdings on May 21, 2025. I paid $876.26 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered received conflicting information from representatives. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Beulah P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Elite Excellence Academy Holdings to make this right by provide a full refund.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $294.86 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
