On May 21, 2025, I signed up for Elite Excellence Academy Holdings's maintenance plan at their Reingerland, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $154.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pansy K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Elite Excellence Academy Holdings to offer compensation for the time wasted.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Elite Excellence Academy Holdings, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my winter coat. This is extremely frustrating.
