I purchased a warranty package from Elite Excellence Academy Holdings on January 14, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was overcharged for basic service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bud B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Elite Excellence Academy Holdings will address this issue by resolve the technical issues.

I appreciate Elite Excellence Academy Holdings reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jacket has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
