Order #stopped working after two weeks never delivered by Haus Plus
Complaint Details
I ordered appliance from Haus Plus's website on January 24, 2025 (order #ORD-9043-PRO-3795). When the package arrived, was damaged upon delivery. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Marisa Y. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like Haus Plus to offer compensation for the time wasted.

May 07, 2025 05:12Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $496.33 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
