Compatibility issues with NexusNet International external hard drive

I'm writing to report serious security concerns with NexusNet International's fitness tracker. After the update on March 23, 2025, I discovered doesn't work as advertised that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Derrick S., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am asking NexusNet International to make this right by make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 09, 2025 05:14I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from NexusNet International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
