Complaint Details

After subscribing to NexusNet International's data backup on December 19, 2024, I've experienced constant experienced website errors. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0877-VRN-5382) and spent hours on calls with Dulce B. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I expect NexusNet International to take responsibility and offer compensation for the time wasted.

I want to acknowledge that NexusNet International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $181.26 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $181.26 for a grocery order that never worked properly.
