I had an appointment at The Health Diagnostic Partners Fresno LLC on January 8, 2025 for preventive care. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and found foreign objects in the product. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Brant J., but have received no satisfactory response. I am requesting that The Health Diagnostic Partners Fresno LLC improve their customer service training as soon as possible.

May 23, 2025 05:34I want to acknowledge that The Health Diagnostic Partners Fresno LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $58.24 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $58.24 for a television that never worked properly.
