I purchased a smart speaker from Cloud-Soft on April 28, 2025 for $101.93. After only had allergic reaction not warned about, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Garnet M. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Cloud-Soft is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope Cloud-Soft will address this issue by honor the warranty.

I've received an email from James Johnson at Cloud-Soft offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The specialty coffee was clearly defective from the start.
