I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Cloud-Soft's router. After the update on March 18, 2025, I discovered had allergic reaction not warned about that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Tia F., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I expect Cloud-Soft to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience.
