Overcharged by Attorney, Attorney & Firm for warranty service

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Attorney, Attorney & Firm. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the specialty food item I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
