I purchased a subscription from Attorney, Attorney & Firm on December 9, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Demario W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Attorney, Attorney & Firm to take responsibility and remove the unauthorized charges.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $307.50 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
