Recurring was overcharged for basic service with Counsel & Firm unit

I have been a loyal customer of Counsel & Firm for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-0798-FEN-4691) on April 30, 2025, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Counsel & Firm will address this issue by replace the defective product.
