Complaint Details

On January 1, 2025, I signed up for Counsel & Firm's premium support at their Goldamouth, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $85.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Heaven P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Counsel & Firm will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.

I want to acknowledge that Counsel & Firm has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $301.49 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $301.49 for a prepared meal that never worked properly.
