I purchased a desktop computer from SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC on March 25, 2025 for $511.29. After only received a damaged replacement item, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Dave B. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC to waive the cancellation fees.
