After subscribing to SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC's cybersecurity on December 30, 2024, I've experienced constant is not compatible as claimed. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0975-LEN-0800) and spent hours on calls with Paige W. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC honor the warranty as soon as possible.

Apr 27, 2025 05:46I want to acknowledge that SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $160.68 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $160.68 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
