After the update on January 1, 2025, I discovered received the wrong item that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Cristian J., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I would like SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC to provide a full refund.
