Online order cancellation issues with Trend & Collective Aberdeen

On March 12, 2025, I purchased gift card from Trend & Collective Aberdeen's West Josefastad, Washington store for $69.99. The item was advertised as customer support, but when I got home, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I would like Trend & Collective Aberdeen to remove the unauthorized charges.

May 18, 2025 05:18I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Trend & Collective Aberdeen not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
