Frustrated with Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg's equipment that I purchased on January 15, 2025 from your Port Erictown, Oklahoma store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Josh K., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.
