I had an appointment at Med Remedy Center Group on May 2, 2025 for preventive care. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and received poor customer service. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Simone M., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope Med Remedy Center Group will address this issue by fix the billing error.
