I had an appointment at Med Remedy Center Group on March 23, 2025 for prescription service. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and has a manufacturing defect. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Demetris S., but have received no satisfactory response. I would like Med Remedy Center Group to resolve the technical issues.
