I had an appointment at Med Remedy Center Group on February 4, 2025 for diagnostic testing. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Julio K., but have received no satisfactory response. I am asking Med Remedy Center Group to make this right by provide a full refund.
