I received treatment at Med Health's Lake Genevieveshire, North Dakota facility on February 9, 2025. I was billed $332.84 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Jennifer H. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am requesting that Med Health resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Med Health not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
