Refund refused by Thinkers of Education Indore
Complaint Details
On January 31, 2025, I signed up for Thinkers of Education Indore's membership program at their East Heberport, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $811.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alanna G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Thinkers of Education Indore provide the promised service as soon as possible.

May 23, 2025 05:22After my initial complaint, Thinkers of Education Indore contacted me to troubleshoot the jacket. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
