Gift card issues with The Direct Supply
Complaint Details
On March 19, 2025, I purchased home decor from The Direct Supply's Port Enola, New Mexico store for $780.15. The item was advertised as loyalty program, but when I got home, I discovered was overcharged for basic service. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that The Direct Supply adjust my account balance as soon as possible.
