I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Superior Build. After paying $135.17 for unit, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sandrine W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Superior Build fix the billing error as soon as possible.
