Misleading product description on TrueBuy website
Complaint Details
I placed an order with TrueBuy on March 21, 2025 for several items including bedding set (order #ORD-5288-UQB-4762). The order was charged to my account ($844.69), but had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Harmon E., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am requesting that TrueBuy fix their misleading advertising as soon as possible.
