Price discrepancy at TrueBuy store

I ordered sporting goods from TrueBuy's website on December 16, 2024 (order #ORD-0310-CRG-5450). When the package arrived, found foreign objects in the product. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Kira J. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like TrueBuy to implement better quality control.

May 16, 2025 05:40I want to acknowledge that TrueBuy has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $125.35 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $125.35 for a t-shirt that never worked properly.
